Daily Schedule
09:00–13:00
Morning — Arriving within yourself
Check-in, mindfulness impulses, gentle movement. Input, reflection & exercises: meditation, yoga, journaling. Lectures, group work on self-leadership, resilience and stress competence.
13:00–17:00
Afternoon — Freedom & Integration
Time for yourself: nature, spa, walks, exchange, integrating what you've learned. Various excursion options on Rügen are available.
17:00–19:00
Evening — Deepening & Slowing Down
Evening workshop session: mindful routines such as gentle yoga, sound meditations, and creative exercises. Thursdays: farewell dinner together.

As a trained yoga teacher, coach and education facilitator, Sophie has been guiding people towards greater clarity, inner balance and professional resilience for several years. She loves creating spaces where personal development can feel light — mindful, creative and authentic. Her work combines solid knowledge with vibrant practice: whether on the mat, in the coaching room or in the workshop group — her goal is to empower people to listen to themselves and courageously shape their own path.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is educational leave?
Educational leave is your legally anchored entitlement to 5 days of paid leave per year for professional development — in addition to your regular vacation. It applies in almost all German federal states and can be used for courses that strengthen your professional skills, e.g., in the areas of health, resilience, or personal development.
Who can apply for educational leave?
Basically, all employees (including part-time), public service employees, trainees, and in some cases even quasi-employees — depending on the federal state. Important: You must work in a federal state that has educational leave laws and have been employed for at least 1 year.
How do I apply for educational leave?
Very simple! You will receive all necessary documents from us, such as the official recognition letter and the course description. You submit these to your employer — usually at least 6–8 weeks before the course starts. We are happy to support you with this.
I am self-employed — can I still participate?
Yes! Even without an educational leave entitlement, you are warmly welcome. For self-employed people, this course is a valuable investment in their self-care, resilience, and professional development.
What should I bring?
Comfortable clothing, something to write with, a yoga mat (if you like), openness, and enthusiasm for a special time. You will get everything else on site.
Can I bring my family or dog?
By arrangement, you can request an upgrade to your hotel room, whether for your family or your dog. Just send us an email.
